Version R4#3

January 04, 2012

iceScrum R4#3 comes with a few interesting innovations.

Here is a summary:

  1. Comments on stories (visible in the Details view) are from now on saved in an export, so they are kept after an import.
  2. Activities on stories (addition, state change, comment) are saved in an export, so they appear on the dashboard after an import.
  3. An Id attribute has been added to each iceScrum object: story, feature, task, actor. This attribute is kept following an import, so it can be used to uniquely identify an object. It is displayed in the various appearances of an object (post-it, line of a table, quick look, details).
  4. Improvement of sprint generation in the release plan: the last sprint generation defect is fixed, information messages have been added.
  5. Tooltips on stories and sprints are back in the release plan.
  6. A message informs that tasks will be lost when dissociating stories from a sprint.
  7. The push system in the R4#2 release did not work correctly; it works again (fixing the problem “session already committed” encountered by some users).
  8. Ergonomics improvements for “drag and drop”.
  9. “Drag and drop” works on tablets and smartphones (iOS et Android).
